Who is Kru Bank?

Hello! My real name is Tanyarat Jitworawat. All Thai people have nicknames, mine is 'Bank' although it is traditionally a boy's name, my father believed by giving me this nickname I would bring wealth to the family.

After graduating from Chiang Mai university, I worked in a mundane office job. Unhappy with that job, I started teaching Thai, I loved it from the start - being able to meet people from all over the world and helping them improve their Thai so they could immerse into the Thai culture and lifestyle.

My passion for teaching Thai has only grew, now I am working on a collection of my own teach Thai books. As well as attending teach Thai seminars and workshops to get new ideas and material to make Thai even easier for my students! I am always improving to be a better teacher.
